Who We Are
Young Successful Leaders was created to impact the lives of youth and affect the community. YSL’s main focus will be creating young leaders, entrepreneurs and financial builders which will allow our youth and young adults to flourish and lead their families, peers, friends and community. Young Successful Leaders plans to work with youth ages 10 to 18 years old .
Our vision is youth engaged in their communities building sustainable pathways through mentoring of younger youth with shared life experience.
Our mission to strengthen future leaders by developing entrepreneurship skills, wealth building, and community engagement.

Entrepreneurship is the activity of setting up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit.

Job Readiness is training a participant as well as preparing them to seek or obtain employment, and to keep their jobs once they are hired. Training/instruction could be: Preparing a resume or job application.

Wealth measures the value of all the assets of worth owned by a person, community, company, or country. Wealth is determined by taking the total market value of all physical and intangible assets owned, then subtracting all debts.
